About Together in Motion Services

We believe every person deserves support that truly fits their life.

Together in Motion Services is an Australian disability support provider built on the belief that people with disability deserve genuine choice, control and connection — not just a service.

Together in Motion Services support worker and participant sharing a genuine moment

Founded with purpose

To empower every person we support to live with greater independence, confidence and choice.

Our Story

Born from a passion for real, person-centred support.

Together in Motion Services was founded by people who had seen firsthand how the disability support sector could fall short — where participants were treated as cases rather than people, and where support was delivered on the provider's terms, not the participant's.

We set out to build something different: a provider that genuinely listens, that employs workers who care, and that builds every support plan around the individual — their goals, their preferences, their culture and their life.

Today we operate across Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, the Northern Territory, New South Wales and Queensland, supporting participants from all walks of life. Our team is growing, but our values have never changed.

Who We Support

Support for people of all abilities, backgrounds and ages.

We work with NDIS participants across a wide range of disability types, ages and circumstances. Every person who comes to us is met with respect, curiosity and a genuine commitment to understanding their needs.

Adults with physical disability

Supports tailored to help adults with physical disability live independently and participate fully in community life.

People with intellectual disability

People with psychosocial disability

Children and young people

Age-appropriate supports that build skills, confidence and independence from an early age.

Older Australians with disability

Respectful, dignified supports that honour the life experience and preferences of older participants.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples

Culturally safe, community-informed supports that respect identity, Country and community connections.

People from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

Supports delivered with cultural humility, language access and genuine respect for diverse backgrounds.

Our Approach

Person-centred. Trauma-informed. Culturally responsive.

Our approach is grounded in evidence, guided by values and shaped by the people we support. We do not apply a one-size-fits-all model — we build supports around each individual.

1

Listen first

We take the time to genuinely understand each participant — their goals, their history, their preferences and what matters most to them.

2

Build around the person

Support plans are co-designed with participants and their support networks, not handed down from above.

3

Employ the right people

We recruit workers who share our values, invest in their training and match them carefully to participants.

4

Stay consistent

We work hard to provide consistent support workers so participants can build trust and feel safe.

5

Communicate openly

We keep participants, families and support coordinators informed with honest, timely communication.

6

Improve continuously

We actively seek feedback, review our practices and hold ourselves accountable to high standards.

Mission, Vision & Values

What drives everything we do

Our Mission

To empower every person we support to live with greater independence, confidence and choice — through individualised, person-centred disability supports delivered with genuine care and respect.

Our Vision

A world where every person with disability has the opportunity to live the life they choose, fully included and valued in their community.

Respect

We treat every person with dignity, honour their choices and recognise their inherent worth.

Integrity

We are honest, transparent and accountable in everything we do.

Empowerment

We build supports that grow independence, confidence and self-determination.

Inclusion

We celebrate diversity and work to remove barriers to full community participation.

Excellence

We hold ourselves to high standards and continuously strive to improve.

Collaboration

We work as partners — with participants, families, communities and other providers.

Cultural Safety

Supports that respect who you are.

Together in Motion Services is committed to providing culturally safe supports for all participants, with a particular focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.

Cultural safety means more than just awareness — it means actively working to ensure every person feels respected, understood and safe to be themselves when receiving our supports. We embed cultural humility into our recruitment, training and service delivery.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we operate across Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, the Northern Territory, New South Wales and Queensland, and we are committed to walking alongside First Nations communities with respect, humility and a genuine commitment to reconciliation.
