What is Transport?
Transport is a critical enabler of independence. Without reliable, accessible transport, many participants struggle to get to medical appointments, work, education, social activities and community events.
Together in Motion Services provides transport supports using accessible vehicles and trained support workers who can assist with boarding, alighting and any support needs during the journey. We can also support participants to use public transport independently as a skill-building goal.
Transport funding in your NDIS plan can be used flexibly to meet your travel needs. We work with you and your support coordinator to make the most of your transport budget.

What could this support look like?

Pickup
Your support worker arrives at your home at the agreed time in an accessible vehicle. They assist you to board safely and comfortably.
Journey
A safe, comfortable journey to your destination — whether that is a medical appointment, therapy session, workplace, community activity or social event.
Return
Your support worker picks you up at the agreed time and brings you home safely. We are flexible if appointments run over time.
Your choice and control
You decide where you go, when you travel and how your journey is supported. We plan around your schedule and preferences — not the other way around. Consistent drivers mean you travel with people you know and trust.

We plan your transport schedule around your appointments, activities and preferences. We note your vehicle requirements, any assistance needed during the journey, and your preferred communication style. Consistent drivers mean you travel with familiar, trusted people.
