Your right to raise a concern
Together in Motion Services is committed to providing safe, high-quality and person-centred support. We take all feedback seriously — whether it is a compliment, a suggestion or a formal complaint.
Raising a concern will never negatively affect your services or your relationship with us. We treat all feedback with respect, confidentiality and fairness. You will not be disadvantaged in any way for speaking up.
All complaints are acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 10 business days where possible. If a matter is complex, we will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.
You can also raise a concern with an independent external body at any time — you do not need to contact us first. See the external organisations listed below for more information.
Your rights when giving feedback
- Be treated with dignity and respect at all times
- Have your feedback taken seriously and acted upon
- Receive a written response to any formal complaint
- Have a support person or advocate present at any meeting
- Escalate your concern to an external body at any time
- Continue receiving your services without interruption while a complaint is being resolved

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
The independent regulator for NDIS providers. You can make a complaint about an NDIS provider or support worker at any time.
Disability Gateway
A free national service that connects people with disability, their families and carers to information, support and services.
People with Disability Australia (PWDA)
A national disability rights and advocacy organisation. PWDA can provide information, referrals and systemic advocacy support.
Carers Australia
The national peak body representing carers. Provides information, referrals and advocacy for family and informal carers.
Victorian Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission
Handles complaints about discrimination, sexual harassment and victimisation in Victoria under the Equal Opportunity Act 2010.
Summer Foundation
Advocates for people with disability who are living in, or at risk of living in, residential aged care. Provides information and support.
